Here are the steps to use the kit:

Gather all the supplies needed, which usually includes the hook tool, grid-like fabric, and pre-cut yarn.

1:

Fold one yarn strand evenly in half, forming a neat loop at one end.

2:

With latch open, slide hook carefully beneath one horizontal canvas bar.

3:

Place folded yarn loop around the open hook, below the latch.

4:

Gently pull hook back through canvas; latch closes, pulling yarn through.

5:

Draw loose yarn ends through loop, creating a simple knot.

6:

Continue looping and trimming until each knot of the pattern is completed.

How wonderful to make cushions again after years. 1st is my own design but made from a purchased package of yours, the 2nd is now ready. Now to think about which one I am going to order.
